 Your tasks:

Technical and organizational management of the workshop and the vehicle fleet

Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair work on work platforms, forklifts and vehicles

Responsibility for the technical condition of the vehicle fleet including inspection and maintenance dates (UVV, etc.)

Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Technical support with damage analysis and customer inquiries

Documentation and continuous optimization of workshop processes

Responsibility for the maintenance, servicing and inspection of our modern machinery and vehicles

Management and further development of the workshop team (fitters, technicians)

Technical sales support for special projects or customer inquiries

What you should bring with you:

Technical understanding

Good written & spoken German

Reliability & sense of duty

Ability to work in a team

Enjoy customer contact & technical understanding
